Chalmers vs. Arroyo

Finally Spoelstra replaces Mario Chalmers for Carlos Arroyo for the point guard position. Honestly neither guard is really that good, but at least Chalmers brings more energy and somewhat better defensive (steals and speed) than Arroyo does. Chalmers upsides are steals, ability to penetrate, speed in fast breaks, better one on one defensive, 3-pointers, and toughness. His downsides are turnovers and some bad shots that he takes from time to time. Arroyo upsides are low turnover ratio and decent shooting percentage (not as of late). His downsides are horrible one on one defensive, slow, holds the ball for too long eating up the clock, cannot penetrate or make a play. Overall this change should help the Heat build a lead at the beginning of games, still the search for a better and affordable (a veteran with experience that is willing to join the Heat for the veteran's minimum) PG should continue.
