Would you trade Miami Heat PF Chris Bosh, PG Carlos Arroyo, SF LeBron James, and C Zydrunas Ilgauskas to the Orlando Magic for C Dwight Howard, PG Jameer Nelson, PF Brandon Bass, and SF/SG Jason Richardson? The Heat could now play inside-out with Wade and Howard and what a defensive team this would be.

ReplyDeleteEssentially you are saying add Wade to the Orlando Magic. Absolutely! In a heartbeat. The Heat's lineup would look something like this:

PG J. Nelson ----- M. Chalmers
SG D. Wade ----- M. Miller
SF J. Richardson ----- J. Jones
PF B. Bass ----- U. Haslem
C D. Howard ----- J. Anthony
This would add balance to the rotation, as well as upgrading both in talent and youth the center position, arguably the most important position in an NBA team. It would also improve the overall team defense, and would allow the Heat to keep perhaps the best 3-point shooting Bench trio in the NBA in Jones, Chalmers, and Miller.
You're right it's just basically adding Wade to the current Magic rotation and that would be a championship team.
